Matthew Woodard offers web services, from design to development.

Web design and development are great passions of mine. I am intrigued by new technologies: implementing them and making things work better and easier for people.

I have had involvements with companies such as H&R Block, Dell, and BMW. I have also been in projects for small agencies around the US.

I don't consider myself to be strictly a designer or a developer, but rather a strong mixture of the two. Some might say I am a user experience (UX) or a user interface (UI) expert, and others have labeled me as an information architect; either way, what I basically do is make your site work!
