- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep things simple. I'm happy to bid individual projects based on a sample, project size, and project scope. I also offer affordable add-on services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started offering this service because I have always been the person in my circle of friends to review resumes or help edit other documentation. I'm a bit of a natural who also had some good training and professional experience. It's a killer combo. ;)
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
With one recent client, my work helped them, but what they really needed most (other than 2-3 more staff members) was to work together. I was able to help them get to know one another and realize that, while each of them had strengths and weaknesses, no two were alike. In addition to the work I did for them, they could help each other.
