Yoga can seem to be intimidating but is truly accessible to all ages, fitness levels and lifestyles if you have the right teacher. I believe in a balanced approach to yoga. Learning about your needs and physical structure allows me to develop a practice that is most appropriate and beneficial for you.
I am a certified yoga instructor at the 200-hour level, and I am currently studying towards to the 500-hour level. I offer private and semi-private instruction, group classes, corporate classes, schools, events, retreats and workshops. The styles of yoga I teach include hatha, yin, hatha-flow, vinyasa and deep relaxation.
