If you've ever wanted to try yoga in the privacy of your own home, I've put together some fun, safe, and beneficial practices that you will be able to do safely on your own. I explain things as we go along, and show you how by example. I will be your own private instructor in the comfort of your own home. I have a 200-hour hatha yoga teaching certificate, and have studied with many teachers. I've found a lot of things that really resonated with me, and I want to share them with you.
