Chris did a great job installing LVP wood floors in my office today. He was prompt and worked quickly to get the job done. I also want to point out how patient he was while I ran to the store for some additional supplies to finish the job. Most other contractors wouldn’t have been so accommodating. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him and his company.

We reached out to Chris wanting to swap out carpet for gym flooring in one of our bedrooms that we’ve converted to a home gym. He was super responsive. Helped us select the best flooring material for our needs and had the job scheduled (and completed) within the same week! We couldn’t be happier! The transition from our wood floor hallway to the gym is perfect for moving our heavy equipment with wheels and the flooring extending into the closet was cut perfectly. We knew this was above our skill level, and so glad we hired a professional! Will definitely hire them again for some future projects!

I connected with Chris on Sunday and he was highly responsive, patiently answering my numerous questions and quickly gaining our trust. He and Richard began our wood floor install three days after initial contact, arriving exactly on time and demonstrating true professionalism and skill from the very start. Our slab needed to be leveled, which was discovered once the carpet was removed, but they knew exactly how to handle that and worked hard to make it perfect. They completed the install today and we are thrilled with the end result. Our new wood floor is gorgeous and was clearly done by experts. They installed shoe molding around our baseboards as well, which gives a beautiful finished look. They treated our home with the utmost respect and left things perfectly clean upon departure.
We will be hiring CR Flooring again soon to install another more wood flooring upstairs, and I've recommended these guys to my father who needs some tile work done in his house. I highly, highly recommend Chris and crew. This was one of our best experiences with a contractor, and we're grateful to have found them!

Chris and Omar are a joy to work with personally which is always important. They are friendly, polite, relaxed, and engaging. But even more, they are real craftsmen in their work. They are experienced and do a truly professional job, careful and attentive to details, and sensitive to me, the homeowner. I had this same laminate flooring installed in other areas a few years ago. That installer used very thin spacers. Now that I’ve lived with laminate a few years, I’ve learned that it needs more room to shrink and expand against the walls. Chris used spacers that left much more room for the floor to do what it does. Before they started, he asked me questions about which side I wanted them to start from, giving his own recommendation and why, which I agreed with. He communicated with me throughout the install if he had a question or an FYI for me.
I had purchased some felt pads for the furniture and asked him when he finished to let me know so they could lift the edges of the furniture and I could put them on. I was in another room on the computer. When they finished, I discovered that they had put all of them on and let me know which pieces still needed them as I didn’t purchase enough of them. That was an extra appreciated bonus as I am in my 70’s and have severe hand and thumb arthritis so that was a great save for my hands. The flooring looks just beautiful and is beautifully installed. They are definitely a FIVE STAR team and I will hire them again when ready to install other flooring in other rooms.
