- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to give an estimate over Thumbtack. I would need to see your project in person and discuss with you in detail in order to provide you with accurate pricing. With plumbing it is always a case by case basis. Send me a message with your phone number and a good time to call you and I'll accommodate you to the best of my ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We exchange phone numbers and schedule a time for a consult. 2. I see the project and discuss with you in detail what the process will be for your project. I always give my clients a clear picture of what's all involved in order to complete their project. I then give them an estimate. 3. We accommodate your timeline as closely as possible and then we get started with your project. 4. My crew sets up and cleans up after every project. We try our best to take care of your home as it is ours! 5. We do a walk through to inspect work. 6. I collect payment. 7.
