No, we stand out because when you bring your computer in or we come to fix it you become our number one priority until we solve your problem. Because we are flexible on our prices and will beat any advertised price: software, labor rate, piece of hardware, anything you name it we will beat it. I would have to say the most exciting part of working in the computer repair business is not related to computers at all. The thing I enjoy most is that moment when I fixed the computer and the customer returns happy and satisfied with not only the work that has been done for them but the level of customer service that has been provided. I would have to say over half of my current 65 recurring customers have actually spoke the words, "I feel I can trust you with my laptop and not get ripped off by the end price".
