Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for a truly professional dancer. Visit their website and view pictures of costuming and research the type of performances they can provide. Be willing to pay performers what they are worth. Some of the costumes cost over $1000 dollars so do not expect to pay less than $80 for a dancer to prepare for a performance. Performance preparation takes at least 2 to 3 hours before it's time to show up for a performance for a dancer to get into costume and make-up.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Belly dancing is a sensual art. It is very sexy and very entertaining. Do not expect striptease performances. Expect an amazing professional show that leaves a lot to the imagination. If a dancer will dance for less than $80 you may want to reconsider hiring him/her.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do ask, tell the dancer what you are looking for. Have a vision or theme in mind. This will give the dancer a chance to explore him/her creativity that will mesmerize your audience. After you have expressed what your looking for allow the dancer to tell what kind of dances, props and costuming will enhance your evening.
