Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

We take a personal interest in every business and every project that we work on. We only work locally. We believe in face to face time with our customers to be able to understand and meet their needs.

What do you like most about your job?

I love small business. From mom and pop shops to the local diner. And I love meeting the people that make these small businesses unique. And I enjoy the challenge of capturing that spirit and transforming it into a website that represents who they are and where they are trying to go.

What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

Why does web design cost so much, and how come y'all offer cheaper prices than any I have seen?

I believe that with any kind of business that requires a learned skill or special knowledge there will be those who believe that they can charge as much as they want.

We on the other hand, believe that providing an excellent service will justify the price. We try our best to meet every customers needs and expectations. So when the project is said and done, they understand the true value of the service that they received.

If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

What is hosting?

Hosting is a service of buying shared space on a computer server, to hold your website. You can think of it as a motel or as a rent house.

You buy your domain name for a set amount of time. Lets say 5 years. That gives you an address for your website. But you still need something to hold it. That is where hosting comes in. You buy the hosting to hold the information for your website, so others can access it by addressing your domain name.

So when a firm adds in hosting prices they are not trying to tack on extra sales, it is really something that you need.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Look at portfolios, get references, and always deal locally. Hire someone you can meet face to face, so when there is an issue you can communicate and resolve it.

  New web design for our website is up. New blog! Also we will begin to sell Template website, we are currently working on a batch of 50 that will be available for $5 a piece, not a bad price to help get your website started.
