I offer comprehensive web design, build and deploy services, including WordPress and Joomla. I have extensive experience in eCommerce, including customizations to popular systems, such as osCommerce, PrestaShop and Zen Cart.

Sites are developed in HTML, Php, Javascript and MySQL.

I provide IT services to Boerne, Kerrville, and northwest San Antonio customers, including network configuration and troubleshooting, virus removal and computer performance tuning, Windows server and NAS configuration, email setup and remote access.

My focus is on providing a professional, courteous level of service at a fair price. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for local providers that can be available to meet with you and respond quickly. Consider asking for alternatives on how to solve a particular problem. Look for someone that is willing to listen to your needs and propose a solution that fits those needs. Ask about tradeoffs and implications for a specific recommendation.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Does 'brand' matter? In other words, should my web site necessarily use Microsoft technology or should I purchase a Dell computer? Our answers might surprise you. For example, Google offers a very robust alternative to a Microsoft Exchange Server at a fraction of the price - and they include full Outlook plugins and support as well as support for all major smartphone technologies - Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Palm.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you have a proven track record of ongoing customer support? Are your clients satisfied with your work, do they continue to use you, and do they recommend you to others/provide referral business to you?
