Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We build new homes and do general remodeling and small remodels too. Some of our past clients call just to get a referall from us on a roofer, painter, tile installer...

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I have been in business for 11 years and building homes for 17 years. In that time I have built or remodeled over 200 homes in and around Austin, Dripping Springs and Buda. We carry $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance and all our subcontractors carry a minimum of $500,000.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Always ask for references....preferably recent homes constructed and have the contractor supply phone numbers and email addresses. A good contractor will have clients that want to recommend him.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the interaction between clients and myself...giving them the house of their dreams. We are very reasonably priced and rarely lose a job because of pricing. I like the large remodels that people have lived in for years and in a few weeks they see a complete change in their home. It always amazes me when we complete a large remodel and the client gets to see the finished product for the first time and they are very impressed that we can design and make such drastic changes and still so it for a reasonable price.
