We are always willing to work within a budget. Our retainer clients get special pricing and priority scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a process of discovery we like to go through with new clients. Basically, we learn as much about the person, the company and what their goals are for the project or projects they have in mind. Before starting work we like to have service agreements or a full scope of work in place so everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is important for our company to stay informed from the print world to the digital. Industry publications are just the tip of the iceberg of our day to day quest to be competitive and useful to the broad needs of our clients.
