Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We take great pride in loving pets and have put lots of systems in place to ensure their well-being. VIP offers its clients a team of professionals who will be there to deliver quality care tailored to your pets personal needs. While clients enjoy a personal relationship with their primary sitter, they receive extra peace of mind knowing a back up and manager are available if needed. Ensuring that we will be there no matter what!! We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. After being in business for nearly 10 years, we have had the pleasure of getting to know so many different types of pets. The pets really are such a joy. We love them all as if they were are own and we learn about each ones cute and/or quirky personality... this one likes his belly rubbed, this one likes to drink out of the faucet, this one likes to be under the covers when he sleeps, this one is a cuddler, this one is kind of shy... the list goes on and on and on.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How can I be certain that your company will be there for my pets while I'm away? We've been in business for nearly 10 years now and have won several "Best of" awards. We have many very happy clients who can attest to our reliability and professionalism. VIP works as a team, clients have a personal relationship with their primary pet sitter, but they also have access to a back up sitter and manager. We all work together to make sure your pet receives the love and care that he deserves.

A. It is vitally important when choosing a pet services company to go with someone who has a high level of professionalism and a fail safe system when it comes to conducting their business. VIP Pet Services assigns all clients a team of professionals so that clients can rest assured that we will be there for their pets no matter what. Unfortunately, emergencies, accidents and illnesses do come up in life. This could prevent an individual pet sitter from caring for your pet. Our team approach allows us to always be available so that your pets get the love and care that they deserve.
