    Mr. Perkins preformed a privacy fence replacement. The old fence was completely removed and disposed of. Mr. Perkins meet his estimate of how long the job would take and his workmanship was excellent.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers ask me if I am Licenced. My answer is No. The state of Texas no longer has a licence for General Contractors. The state only issues a licence to special trades. Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, and Well Drillers.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am currently attending ITT Tech to obtain a degree in computer drafting and design. When I finish, I intend to go back for a second degree in construction managment.
