We have used Harmony Custom Designs for multiple projects. First, a built-in cabinet for the bedroom. This was very custom and had to built around some very specific guidelines. It has been perfect. High Quality materials, solid craftsmanship, and it looks great. We have also had them build various shelves, storage areas, outdoor kitchen doors, and some unique boxes for our outdoor speakers. Most importantly, they provided a solid quote and timeline. They follow through on every commitment, and were on-time even when we needed very custom items. They communicated well with us throughout the process and we felt their price was fair. We will continue to use Harmony Custom Designs for future projects!

Service was on our oven, which stopped working and was incorrectly diagnosed twice by Sears reps. TJ & Wesley were prepared for a larger job based on those wrong diagnoses. They found the problem was actually in the wiring and got things back in business with minimal cost. Very knowledgable and took the time to explain what they were doing. Glad to know about their services and will call in the future.

T.J. and Harmony are absolutely fabulous to work with. They are always up front and honest in their quotes and try to find good quality materials for less cost. I trust them for all of my store's needs.

Quality is first class, could not be happier. The materials used were the finest available. Their price was more than competative with the other bids we took. Scheduling was the only problem we ran into on this job. Each of us had one scheduling conflict during the job, but neither could have been avoided. Over all I would say that we have attattained "Harmony" with our new office, and would use this company again if the need arises.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

While price is always a deciding factor, you absolutely get what you pay for. Too many contractors "talk the talk" but when it comes time to perform, they fail miserably. Unfortunately, the homeowner often does not have the knowledge to know when sub-par work has been performed. Take your time, hire a well-respected contractor, and never be afraid to stop the job if you feel uncomfortable.
