We provide Cad Perfect engineering scanning and CAD conversion. We have 3 - 54" Contex scanners used to scan engineering drawings of all types and convert them into Cad Perfect native CAD files. Your converted drawings are just as if you would have redrawn them by hand with real lines, arc's, circles-as-circles, and text-as-text.
We are one of only a couple of firms in the US with GSA certification, top secert clearances, and qualified by most of the aerospace manufactures to produce extremely accurate 3D CAD files used in Catia, SolidWorks, UG, and other big CAD systems.
In addition we offer cloud based imaging for all of your scanned data - including native AutoCAD *.dwg viewing. This is a full featured system much like Filenet, Laserfiche, and On Base. Load tested with 80 million mixed images with 200 simultaneous users, all running fuzzy searches with results within 2-4 seconds - per company.

Question and answer
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Taking the B2 exhaust manifold and converting this into a Catia 3D model. This was a 6 week project for Lockheed at $60k. Our work was accurate to .005" over any x,y,z location.
We produced 4 major models along with 54 parts assembled into one fully assembled model. This was one of the most intricate and detailed models we have ever produced. Even the loft sections had to be specially certified by Lockheed's loft engineering group.
In producing this we found several inaccuracies between the original engineering data and the final model.
This was produced in both native Catia and Solidworks files, and even with the delays with verification by Lockheed, we produced this project on-time, and on budget.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Experience. There is no doubt you get what you pay for. There is a reason why 80% of our business is from existing customers. Do you wish to have your work done by experienced staff in the US that can stand up to FAAR and even Top Secert security clearance requirements, or send your work to India, or maybe China?
Honestly we have tried overseas vendors. Over the last 20 years we find issues like China's native language is not English. So they have no idea what what proper English is supposed to be. They often fail even simple CAD English checking programs.
Or India we commonly find late and very unprodictable quality. I will use the terms disinterested, or our favorite are the India folks who make a very impressive web site only to find they work out their apartment and get there friends to help them - and they know good and well you will never see them face to face. We have even found some that show an empressive office, only to find out it is not even there office it is a shutterstock purchased photo.
We trademarked both : Cad Perfect and Cad Perfect CAD Conversion for a reason.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What do we really get when we submit work to you? Do we really get results as if I would have redrawin this by hand, or junk that is usually produced with automated Raster To Vector programs.
We trademarked both Cad Perfect, and Cad Perfect CAD Conversion for a reason. We have found it better for both the customer - you, and honestly for us as well that we ONLY produce truely CAD Perfect CAD files. - just as if you or I would have redrawn these by hand. You get real lines as lines, circles as circles, and text as text.
You are able to treat these exactly like you would have redrawn these yourself. They are truely CAD Perfect each and every time.
