We had a raccoon mom and her babies move into our attic space. With no knowledge of how to fix our issue, I reached out to Nathan at Texas Home Solutions. He came out the same day, took time to walk me through how it happened and what we could do to fix the problem. It took some time to get the animals to come out of the attic, but I trusted the process Nathan explained and make sure to let him know the activity levels throughout the process. He was responsive, patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Nathan has been great to work with!! I originally called about a bird/nest removal in the attic but moved forward with insulation as well. Nathan is incredibly handy and very helpful with other jobs/suggestions since I am a new homeowner. Would definitely recommend hiring him!!

Texas Home Solutions has been working on ridding my rental home of rats. He’s been great to work with- very responsive and punctual. When some pesky rodents returned, he was quick to plan a return trip back to address. Definitely recommend working with him!

Update: Nathan came to our home on 8/16/2023 inspected attics on both levels (I was with him) and confirmed he did not see any new rodent issue. He also went in the backyard, did inspection and gave few tips on how to keep pests away. He has also confirmed 2 year warranty for keeping rodents out of the house. Said to call him if we see any issues in the future. Updating my star rating to five. We hired him on 5/22 for rodent issue. He completed his work and said if we heard or saw anything don’t wait but get in touch with him immediately. He also said he guarantees his work for the next two years. I saw something on 7/11 and send pictures to him. He agreed to stop by our house following Friday on 7/14 but never showed up. Repeated texts and calls went unanswered. Don’t hire him.
