Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. For a customer to hire a provider like me the first question would be , How long have you been in business? Its important the provider knows his field and has the experience to deliver the work the customer is asking for. It's also very important that the customer meet face to face with the provider and see if they click. It's difficult dealing with a person, no matter how good their work is if you have apposing personalaties. Once the customer has established they are comfortble with the provider they can move into the project feeling confident they will achieve the results they are hoping for.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I was a customer I would like to know the differences in the different types of materials and coatings that I was thinking about putting down in in my home or business. The customer can always do some general research on the internet to educate themselves on different options and then be knowledgable enough to talk intellegently with the provider about those options.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. To hire the right service professional the customer should ask "have you done this type of job before and what was the outcome." Then talk out the ideas they have for their particular project and see if the provider can offer creative and intelligent questions to guide the customer to all of their options.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Before seeking us out as a provider buyers should have a general idea of what they are trying to achieve and inmost cases understand that any project to change or upgrade their property comes with minor inconveniences during the process. A lot of people don't realize the scope of work that goes into completing a first class project means moving furniture, waiting 24 hours for dry time in some cases etc... and they need to be prepared to be flexible to some extent. A good provider will explain this up front so there are no surprises.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out from other providers because of our attention to detail. We plan each project as if we were building a house and go through all the steps we will go through to complete it and then explain in detail to the customer what to expect. We also have many innovative ideas that no one else has thought of that we are able to offer our customers and if they want to be creative we can find a way to make that happen.
