What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
👉 Free 20 minute Discovery Phone Call and $125 for hourly sessions. 🚫I do *not* offer free services.🚫 I am charged by Thumbtack for every contact made with potential clients, even if I am not hired, therefore, I cannot offer my services for free. I do work with customers who have financial limitations and offer my services on a sliding scale fee *upon my discretion*. 👉Payment: I accept payment through Thumbtack, Stripe, or Venmo. I do not accept insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to set up a Free 20 minute Discovery phone call then if we're a good fit, I'll schedule our first 1 hour session by either phone or live zoom call and then email my coaching agreement to sign and complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a currently working on my PhD in Metaphysical Counseling. I've been a Certified Life Coach, Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner, and Hypnotist since 2013 through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
