Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My process to arrive at a solution to the assignment awarded to me is to study the scenario, analyze it against the backdrop of industry best practices, explore alternative solutions and arrive at the optimal solution that fits the client the best.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I am author of three books on software estimation, project management and quality assurance focused on the software development industry written from the perspective of the practitioner drawing from my own experience. I have talked in seminars in India, USA and UK. Lastly, I never failed to deliver on time.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The first question to ask is to ascertain the integrity of the consultant as it is scarce in the market today. Next is the set of questions to ascertain his knowledge of the subject.
