- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just because its a home-based bakery, doesn't mean I put any less professionalism than I would if I owned a retail bakery (which I would love to one day). I clean and sanitize my entire kithen. My kids are not even allowed to go in or eat in my kitchen (fine for them 'cause they luv the living room). Mainly bake when they are asleep or away.
