Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Insure the insulation contractor have general liability insurance. Also do some checking online about the company and get industry information on the work they say will be performed.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Cellulose insulation blown into an attic is the easiest material to fluff up. This will settle over the years and what you thought you had up in the attic is not really there. Thats why we prefer fiberglass.

One of my employees had us re-blow his parents attic because a cellulose contractor 10 years ago blew it in and it settled real bad (all fluff not enough material).

A. We believe in doing the job right. We also believe that being professional and providing a quality job is important to us and to our customers. Our good reputation is built one customer at a time. As I like to say we live here and I have to look you in the eye when we pass in the grocery store.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Knowing that what we do is noticed in a customers reduced electric bills. Feed back from customers on the noticeable savings. What we do is important and is beneficial to business and home owners for many years to come. Its also nice to know we are playing a small part in reducing energy costs to the consumer and reducing demand for energy. Satisfaction in a job well done.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What kind of insulation do you install? We install Fiberglass insulation products and Cellulose insulation products. We will soon offer spray foam.

Why is fiberglass preferred? Because there is nothing in it to burn its origin is sand and 35% recycled glass products and it will never ever burn. It melts at 1200 degrees but doesn't burn. It will not disappear over time. The settling factor in attics is 2% and Cellulose settles up to 20% in attics.

Do you remove insulation? Yes we do, We have a Insulation removal vacuum that can remove old, pest ridden, contaminate or wet insulation from your attic.
