I had trouble with my generator. Within minutes, Rolando got back to me. He was kind enough to give me a hand with my problem over the phone. He'd taken a little time from his schedule to help. I'm definitely going to contact them in the future if I need any electrical work.

I was freaking out because I lost power in my bedroom and had figured I’d blown a breaker. Rolando called me and asked some questions, then made a suggestion that fixed the problem without him even needing to come out. He could easily have come out and charged me a service fee but he took the time to listen, troubleshoot and help without any benefit to himself. I am so appreciative. He will be my go to from now on!
