Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I believe no matter who I'm working for everyone's home should be treated as if it where worth millions. I think the customer who spends 20 dollars to feel just as important as the one who spends thousands of dollars at all times. Even though the Ac and Heating equipment is seldom seen doesn't mean it shouldn't look good. Install it right the first time to reduce callbacks!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The most exciting thing about my job is meeting a variety of new people every day. But even more than that is the feeling I get when the job is done and I see the satisfaction on my customers face, that has got to be what it feels like to be a HERO! I love to drive by a house where I did work and know they are comfortable thanks to me! i honestly have the greatest job ever!!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long will this system last me?
Ac system expected to last 10 - 12 years and heating systems about 15 - 20 years. Of course all depends on how equipment is maintained over the years. A system checked and cleaned yearly will most likely exceed expectations whereas a poor maintenance will drastically reduce the life and sometimes void the warranty.
