- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may be subject to change if project scope is outside of electricians original estimate. Sometimes new concerns may arise during a project that can cause the Electrician to have to travel, purchase new material or even enter into hazardous environments. Pricing is also affected by labor and effort needed to get a job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we maintain a transparent and honest open-line of communication during the entire process to ensure customer is comfortable with how things are being worked out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed my Journeyman license and have been in the field for over 24 years; well skilled and detail oriented with everything I do.
