Zubaid is a trainer that understands that as the teacher it is his job to understand the student and not the student's job to understand him. He gives the information in a way that is never overwelming, I noticed that as my understanding of the concepts grew he began really fine tuning and introduced nuance. He also understands the way the brain and body works i.e "If you think you can, You will." This trainer is stellar!!!! I told him my goal was to turn heads.... It's going great so far.....

Excellent facility. I was given Personal training session as gift . Their Training program has changed my perspective on personal training. My Trainer was very encouraging and creative. Rather than just pushing me to perform standard exercises longer or with greater intensity They showed a new paradigm with proper form I focus on mastering the form and posture of the routine. I find it much easier to stay mentally fresh while accomplishing a much more complete workout in less then 40 minutes. I thought that I had a good workout routine before, but their program taken it to a much higher level. I have dropped from 35% body fat to 21% to 12% while adding strength and flexibility. I work out earlier than I have in the past but it is something that I look forward to in the morning. Thanks. Their Nutrition store has all the best products at Great prices. Tanning spa is the best I have seen. Love the Hydration Therapy. Most Important of all Staff is so nice and knowledge and 24 hour access is very convenient.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I WAS WORKING OUT 7 DAYS A WEEK AND OVER TRAINING. I THOUGHT I KNEW EVERYTHING. I WAS ALREADY A FIT PERSON. LITTLE DID I KNOW, I REALLY KNEW NOTHING. WE STARTED TRAINING AND HE HAD ME FOCUS ON THE MUSCLE I WAS WORKING INSTEAD OF HIGH REPS OR HEAVY WEIGHT. Try to find a provider who has the knowledge and can educate you on health & fitness instead of walking you through some routine so that you can implement it more intelligently. some might feel like if I teach client everything they may not need my services after a while. My Response is 2 part, One "winners always create other winners without exploiting them" two, unless a client has been educated fully it will be very hard them to implement any program where it becomes their lifestyle.
A. Besides degree and certification. look at the trainer themselves and some of their previous client. i believe in practicing what I preach. Like the old saying goes. "Never Trust a skinny Chef"
A. Have a set written goal and deadline to achieve it. because the fact is by having a set written Goal you have already made that in to commitment and setting deadline, that is the soonest you will get to it. Also your Goal becomes my goal.
A. I have a Unique training philosophy of Devise program based on client goals, life styles and medical issues and it is always guaranteed to help you achieve your Fitness goal. Discouragement comes when you work hard but not smart and are not able to see any results.
