We provide legal services such as; wills, trust, probate and estate planning; business planning, selection, agreements and collection of accounts; asset protection associated with business formation; and Elder Law services. Most of the legal work we do is billed for the job, not by the hour. We do bill $100 for our initial conference, usually lasting about an hour or so. This billing is applied to any work contracted. Many of our clients find that we can answer their legal questions during this conference and there is no additional cost except for additional work done, and that by expressed, written agreement.
