- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go above and beyond when it comes to continuing education - because I love it! This is truly a labor of love for me, so I really try to do as much as my schedule and my budget allow. Please see my website to see my extensive list of coursework.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I offer 16 classes per week for group fitness as well as personal and small group training at my in-home studio in Lake Highlands. My approach is positive and supportive, though the workouts are always challenging. I can be as involved in your weight loss and fitness journey as you want me to be, whether that be keeping in touch and checking in often, or just seeing you during your scheduled training times. All clients are welcome to attend Positively Fit social events; past events include a raw dinner party, 5k race, a trip to the Warrior Dash, and a Night of Nutrition. If you are tired of a gym environment and want personal attention and community, this is the place to get it!
