I go to fitness conventions every year and keep up my certifications to stay up on all the latest in the fitness industry which changes continually!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with my clients to help them reach their fitness goals by helping them change their mindset from practicing unhealthy habits to creating new, healthy habits through their diet, regular exercise, and increasing motivation. This includes helping them find more nutritious alternatives to what they are eating and giving them a program that includes strength training/stretching exercises for the whole body as well as a good cardiovascular exercise program. I also include fitness testing for those who want it so we have a beginning point to see how they progress. This includes body composition testing, measurements, upper/lower body strength and flexibility.
