Al's Neighborly Service done an outstanding job with cleaning my carpet throughout my house along with cleaning three bathrooms. They left my house smelling fresh and the bathrooms looking new. I was impressed by their professionalism and reasonable price. I plan on using Al's Neighborly Service for my lawn care this spring. Thank you sooo much Al's Neighborly Service for extending a helping hand!!!

Wow--what a terrific experience! Al tackled a difficult project and did a terrific job. He was very timely, did exactly what he said he would do (and then some), communicated well, worked very hard, charged us exactly what he said he would, and could not have been more polite and courteous. Can't say enough good things about him and his team--we'd definitely engage them again. We highly recommend Al's Neighborly Service--could not be happier.

I have pictures to prove my comments. I was qouted $220.00 to hual off some things left in my apartment and to clean it so I could turn in my keys. Its a 1 bedroom/1bath. I asked that it have a basic clean. 8 hours later.. they NEVER did the bathroom, didnt do the oven, nor clean the outside of the oven / dishwasher. Did not do the inside of the cabinets. NEver touched the ceiling fans, Did not bother to sweep the patios.. and I asked them to sweep out my garage and not only did they NOT sweet it out.. they left i open so all the papers in it could blow out. He said they assumed it would close.. like magic I guess. When confronted he said I never asked for a detail clean but on the qoute its VERY CLEAR I asked it to be cleaned and he listed things like clean bathroom, clean tub, sink.. mirrors.. and NEVER touched it. He went ona nd on on how they steam clean baseboards.. he never touched them in the bathrooma ndpart of the bedroom. TOTAL RIP OFF AND TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY. Complete fraud!! And VERY untruthful!! Said on phone spent first 4 hour sclenaing coils on back of frig??? 1. Didnt need ot do that and 2. there are NO Coils. Its a metal sheet ont he back and when I pulled it out.. the floor was filthy. I have pictures to back up EVERYTHING I AM SAYING AND HIS WRITTEN QUOTE... anyone wants it please contact me at masey1951@yahoo.com Needless to say as I was over there doing what I paid him to do.... I learned my lesson... and I hope you learn here before you REALLY mess up beucase he'll come be nice and give a great written quote and yes we thought $220 was high.. but it was worth it to save me time..though in the end.. he did not do what he was hired to do.. and had a 1000 excuses. Id have been better off burning the money and doing myself.

We at Als Neighborly Service take pride in the quality of our work and in insuring each person who places their trust in us has no regrets for having hired us. Because of that, we would like to respond to this comment.
This review is partially accurate in that we did not clean everything our client mentioned, but it is not because we are liars, frauds, or lazy, smooth-talking salespeople who want to take clients money. Unfortunately, the unexpectedly large amount of debris left in the house took significantly more time to discard than what was planned for, and we were not able to complete the cleaning. We also offered to refund 50% of the payment.
