- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a very moderately priced caterer focused on quality. We work with every client to create menus that will totally fit their needs, taste and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone conversation where we try to get a good understanding of the event to be catered. Once we talk, we can guide the client on what we think would be a good menu for them, or we can customize a specific menu for their needs. Then, once the client believes we are their caterer, we can set up a tasting to help choose between menu items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 30 years combined experience in the hospitality industry. We own a venue, so we have worked all kinds of jobs from small intimate curated dinners, to large-scale corporate lunches feeding over 1000 people. Our parent company, 5353 Concepts is a local, private owned company that also owns Frisco Smokehouse, MIXD Liquid Catering, Black Cactus Events, and our venue, Frisco Hall. We purchased Amazing Caterers in 2018, and have transitioned it into Fresh Thyme Catering.
