Personal Chef and PK's also has their first retail product on the market. We manufacture chicken and rice smoked sausage links. Our sausage is low in fat, calories and sodium, pork or beef added to our sausage. A much healthier product for those who like smoked sausage. You can find PK's at Dallas Farmers Market on Saturday and Sunday, selling our smoked sausage.
