I'm currently a graduate student at the University of North Texas in linguistics and studied English with a specialization in writing at Texas A&M as an undergrad.
I have fairly extensive English teaching experience through having lived last year in Spain and worked at a high school there by assisting in their multi-lingual program. I'm certified to teach English as a foreign language as well.
Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Essay help is the one people most commonly want, especially around mid-terms and finals.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you hire someone you feel comfortable working with and opening up to.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out in two main ways. One is that I'm highly driven, and the other is that I have considerably more field experience than most new tutors. I've worked both in the US and overseas teaching English, working with students on compositions, and preparing them for standardized tests.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Both the flexibility it allows me and the sense of helping people achieve their goals.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I'm in the business of answering questions, so it's hard to pin down a most common question. There are a number of mistakes second-language learners make with English however, so it would probably have to be about one of those.
