- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price includes the labor and any additional supplies needed to complete the job. If eligible for any discounts or promotions, those are deducted from the balance. Any job beyond our 30 mile radius, a 30.00 trip charge is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've connected with the customer, we do an in home consultation. We take measurements, show samples, discuss the job details with the customer, like furniture moving, taking up the old flooring, what supplies will be used and required to complete the job. A quote is prepared with all charges listed, so there are no hidden fees. The quote is sent via email. Once the project is confirmed, we help the customer get the materials and supplies if they haven't purchased them already, and a start date is chosen, the installers usually get to the job by 9:30 am and work until 6:00 pm.....normally most jobs can be completed within 1-3 days. And if it's a carpet repair or restretch we generally come prepared to do those at the home visit.
