- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% upfront for all website projects, 50% due on completion. Retainers are negotiable and due within 15 days of billing. Refunds are not available for any work we do, because we are putting in man hours each month to meet your deliverables. We cannot start work or invoice unless we have a signed contract from the client. We do not prorate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I take design courses through the local college and I also do Skillshare classes online to keep my skills sharp.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into marketing because it was the only job available to me in Cleveland during the recession. I kept doing it because I love it and I'm good at it. When I moved to Dallas, I learned all that I could working at a large agency and knew I could do better. I started 2930 Creative with my now husband and we've been working together ever since.
