- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all of moves the service charge is quite simple just a deposit charge and hourly rate charge. There is a 150$ deposit that is required at the time of booking to hold your scheduled time and date All last minute moves have a deposit of 250$(within 7 days of the move) and our hourly rate would be 95$/hr for local and 120$/hr for long distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You would first get in contact with us via thumbtack or by phone and we'd give you a quote, so you can see a range of how long your move would take and how much you'd be paying. Then we would choose the best time and date for your move. Once the move is complete an invoice will be sent over showing what all was done and paid for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every guy that works within our company has a training course where we 45 pound boxes and where they move odd shaped object in and out of small quarters. Just to get their body a feel of what they'll be doing within our company.
