Carter came to my house when I was short on time and was professional, courteous, quick and transparent. He knew what he was doing and did an excellent job installing my dryer! Excellent performance and overall wonderful example of a hard and honest worker.

They did a great job! There was definitely a misunderstanding about rate per hour being $198 first hour and $70 each additional hour but the $70 was per person and i wasn’t quoted per person so i had two people; which was part of my original request to have two people so it was $140 per additional hr. My project was complex and we got our money’s worth. I just was a little surprised it was $70 per person per additional hr. Again it was well worth what i paid to get this monster project done and i will be more careful in the future. I would hire them again but clarify everything.

Trady ghosted us on a furniture assembly. We were told someone would come to work on the project at a specific time, but he never showed up. When I reached out, first they said the person was on his way, then there was a delay, and then, four-ish hours later, that they still didn't have an update yet. After that, total radio silence. I can't speak to their assembly, but their customer service is incredibly poor.
