- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to complete continuing education to maintain our Texas Real Estate Commission, TREC, issued inspector's licenses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At Property Condition Consulting we complete general home inspection. During the course of the home inspection client's may request additional services of a general pool inspection, a general septic inspection and Wood Destroying Inspection, known as WDI or termite inspections.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the home inspector questions before hiring them.
