Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I clean anything! Regular house cleaning. Deep house cleaning.

I clean out those guest rooms, closets, storage sheds and garages that you have let go for months.

Do you have small babies / kids and just don't have time to clean house or do laundry? I'll take care it!

If your house is out of control (you haven't seen your couch in a few weeks), I'll come in a whip it into shape or just work along side of you to restore your home to a peaceful, relaxing environment.

Have you been dying to rearrange the furniture, or flip the mattresses, but you need help? Call me.

I'll pack, unpack, clean up after parties, dispose of trash, organize, pick up clutter, clean even the most dirty environment.

I clean up hoarding / hoarder situations. I treat the clients with the respect they deserve.

If you think no one will help you with this cleaning task call me. I will clean it up!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure your service provider is background checked. Make them show it to you.

When a service provider enters your home, make them show you their driver's license to prove their identity.

Ask the people that are sent to your house how long they have been with the company. You don't want a provider to pull someone off of craigslist the night before and send them to your house.

Research them on www.publicdata.com for civil, and criminal records.

I know this sounds like a lot but safety first!

Check their references.

If someone has a corporation, or a DBA, their company information is public record. You can verify the owner through the county records and state comptroller.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am an independent business. I am on every job, which makes accountable for my work. If it is a big job, I'll bring help but I will be on site.

I am different from other house keepers because I clean, pickup or organize everything. It doesn't matter how out of control it is. I'll clean it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy working directly with my customers and helping them achieve their household goals. I get a great deal of satisfaction when a customer tells me they are happy with my work and I am the only person that would take on the job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: How far do I travel in the DFW Metroplex?
A: I travel anywhere in the DFW Metroplex. If the distance is great there may be a trip charge.

Q: Do I furnish supplies?
A: I will, but I feel it is better if the customer supplies their own cleaning products for sanitary, allergen and environmental reasons. Also, there are more and more special surfaces that require special care. I will furnish supplies for everything except granite counter tops and hardwood floors. The customer must leave out their product of choice for these surfaces.

A: This is the price for 2 people on special jobs like garage clean out or heavy cleaning. Some jobs require extra help. For regular house cleaning there is a low flat rate for one time, monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly.

I will schedule cleaning services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am independent so have very flexible hours.
