QCS cancelled a cleaning that hadn’t even happened due to me not providing an address to my home a week prior to. I offered to provide a zip code so they could get their scheduling right and told them I would give the address at a closer date. Requiring the address a week out when I can barely find information on the company except on yelp, just seemed odd to me. They were friendly prior to, and seemed cordial enough. I’m sure they would be a great cleaning company and am sad we couldn’t establish a long client/business relationship as I had planned. I prefer to maintain my privacy as long as possible and feel that the zip code would be enough to schedule a time as the world is a bit crazy these days. I was flexible to any time that worked for them on Saturdays, as I stated in text shown below. Again, I’m providing an unbiased opinion based on my experience and personal level of privacy/security for my family and I. Something as simple as offering a phone call would have been enough for me to give an address, however they simply stated they are “forced to cancel”. This company could be great for you!
