First of all, regarding the previous page, picking only 3 out of the 5 offered strong points? Well put me down for all 5. Secondly, I’m ‘sorry/not sorry’ that I didn’t take any before photos of my place to submit as visual testament to the superior performance of Trejo Cleaning Services. I’m so used to utilizing deceptive angles when video conferencing that I completely forgot -AND- I’d never want anyone to see what utter chaos and state of untidiness my place had been in anyway. That being said, I offer this quick review with a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye brought on by the pure joy and happiness that has descended upon me due to Trejo’s willingness to step in and help me in my time of need. I’d called snd scheduled with another cleaning service already, but right around 5 pm as cut off time for ‘same day service’ has come and gone, that particular service called, cancelled and informed me that they would see me the next day, which was too late for me. I found Trejo on Thumbtack and quickly filled out requisite information and checked the 5-7pm box knowing that 5pm had come and gone if I’m not mistaken. I received an almost immediate response regarding the availability of Miss Trejo and she could be here in a very short while. I informed her that my place was in such disarray that a team and a bull dozer might be more appropriate for tackling this job. She arrived moments later and after a quick overview of the property, that we agreed upon the former tenant left in such a disaster I’m surprised FEMA didn’t swing by and start handing out hot soup and cheap blankets. Her only question being, “Where would you like me to start!?!” Moments later, as if gale force winds were at work blowing all the filth and layers of terrible nastiness away, the cute house that had been totally remodeled just a couple of years ago began to reappear! As if by Magic or by way Super Hero, room by room, foot by foot, dish by dish (and every single dish in the house was dirty, and several sets to boot) the house was returning to the respectable, well kept Better Homes and Gardens standard of cleanliness that it deserves! I cannot accurately describe the feeling of joy I had when I woke up this morning to this sparkling clean and fresh smelling house, and have basked in it all day today with pride and confidence knowing that it’ll never be so outrageously out of control ever again (unless of course I end up renting it to a family member or something). I cannot recommend Miss Trejo enough. I’d give her 6 Stars not just 5, for handling such a daunting task with such attention to detail and joyful professionalism. This is the T-Total BEST CLEANING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve dealt off and on with rental properties for years. Kudos to you Miss Trejo, you bring great credit to yourself as well as your company and I wish you the very best in this and your every endeavor you attempt or take part in for the rest of your days! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your diligence and the hard work you endure. You are an absolutely remarkable human being and your standard of quality in your work is unparalleled. Thank you.
