A. If you have specific problem, as the therapist if they have training/experience dealing with this type of problem. If you are looking for a basic Swedish relaxation massage, don't book with someone who only does pain management or a specific type that deals with injury or pain.

A. Remember to tell a massage therapist if you experience any discomfort during your session. A good therapist will immediately remedy the problem before proceeding.

A. My job, my hours, my way and the ability to help people maintain a healthier mind body connection. I believe that everyone deserves and need nurturing touch on a regular basis. I am trying to provide a safe, friendly, professional setting to do just that.

A. Is stretching really important? Yes, even if you don't work out regularly, stretching daily helps improve muscle function and tone and helps remove toxins in the muscles that make you feel stiff or sore.
