    Worst experience ever!!!!! Please do not call this company. The movers were rude, disrespectful, slow and to make matters worse, 75% of all my furniture is damaged.

    All pieces of furniture are scratched (deep scratches) and appliances do not work.

    I regret not checking reviews before calling them. The so call manager does not return phone calls. They do not even deserve a 1 as rating. These type of businesses need to be closed down.

    So mad I didn't read reviews on this company before buying a groupon. I agree with all the other reviews about the poor service. However the movers were actually on time to move me but damaged some of my things during the move. Everytime I call I get a different story about my things being replaced. And also think they save the numbers I call from to not have to talk to me. The mover even gave me a written statement that he was at fault for breaking my things but I was told they have 190 Days to replace it and the people who take care of replacement don't take calls and do everything by mail. They wouldn't even tell me if they got the pictures I mailed in. The worse customer service I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. and to bad for them because had they been good I had 3 other people needing a moving company.

    HORRIBLE!!! Dishonest and terrible customer service!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, especially from a groupon. I purchased a groupon for 2 hours of moving service for $99. I was scheduled to have them come between 11-1 on Sunday. I found out at the last minute that I wouldnt be able to get to my storage unit then, so I called and left a message saying I needed to reschedule at 10:30 the day before the move. I then checked the groupon and it said 24 hour cancellation, so I thought I was in good shape. I did think it was odd though that apparently he had redeemed my voucher several days prior. I didnt hear back though so I called again that evening...no answer.
    I then got a call 8:45am the morning the move was scheduled and they left a message saying they could come early. I called them right back in a matter of minutes and left a message explaining I was really sorry but had been trying to reschedule. No response. I called several more time, no response. The obviously got the message because no one came to move me.

    Finally after several calls, and an email I was able to get a hold of the manager Tuesday afternoon. I tried to explain what was going on and said I wanted to try and reschedule. He told me there was no rescheduling with groupons. I explained it said 24 hours and my original attempt was outside of that. He said that was groupon's error and I needed to take that up with them. He said if they are giving such a discount they cant offer any rescheduling. I told him this wasn't good customer service, and neither was not returning my calls. He told me that was my opinion and that I am not his only client so i shouldn't expect my calls to be returned that quick.

    He also said he's been in business for 5 years so he must be doing something right. Real cute. I'd say based on these reviews they aren't!

    So basically I paid $99 for absolutely nothing.

    Had I read the prior reviews I wouldn't have bought the living social deal, their customer service over the phone is very poor, my deal was redeemed weeks before I called in and scheduled a move, I tried to reschedule it weeks in advance of my move and they told me no, they need to learn what customer service and follow up means, I will be disputing these charges.

    We made a mistake using a company with no feedback just because they had a living social deal. The movers redeemed our coupon before the move, then on the moving day, they called to delay multiple times until finally it was 10:30PM and they said it would still be an hour and that they would come in the morning. Then they never came in the morning AND the driver lied and said we cancelled our appointment. They refused to give a refund, so we are filing it with living social and disputing the charge to our credit card. I hope this review helps someone use a different company. Choose a company that at least you know a friend has used successfully.

    Pros: Pricing. (Cheapest in dfw area.) Sunday manager Vickie was very nice and honest.

    Cons: No email confirmation or confirmation in general about appointment. (Meaning you can prepay and they not show up or forget) Customer service with owner is very poor. Seems disorganized. Time frame given is pointless. (You can and or will wait all day for movers to arrive. )

A. Make sure about any trip or fuel charges . We have none. If the price is lower than ours ask if they charge fuel charge, stairs charge or shrink wrap charge.
