- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there are any changes to the price on account of the cost of food prices, you will be notified and provided with additional options within your current budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to take my time to understand what types of flavors and style of cooking would be enjoyed most. Two consultations and a taste testing is heavily advised, unless the new customer is a referral that has attended an event I’ve catered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken private cooking classes and have attended sessions in New Orleans, LA with some of the finest chefs as well have worked in the restaurant of one of the largest casino chains, Caesar’s.
