My passion is organization, both virtual and physical. I grew up in a house filled with love...and almost as much clutter. From scrambling to find a missing shoe so we could make it to church on time, the perpetual hunt for missing keys or the time I accidentally brought canned goods to our school donation drive that had expired 5 years ago, I've lived it. All of that time spent stressed or guilty and just plain looking could have been spent on so many worthier pursuits. Many of the belongings we accumulate are cherished, may be worth something someday, you may need it 3 months from now and regret getting rid of it. She is amazing. If you are looking for somebody to help with your business, I would highly recommend utilizing of her services. She has the most amazing customer service skills. I’ve had a couple difficult clients that I was about to lose. She was able to contact the customers on my behalf spoke to them for a little bit found out what the issue was pretty quickly. We were able to resolve the customer issues in a timely matter as well as them retaining our services. I don’t think I would’ve ended up keeping these customers if it wasn’t for Kelly.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Kelley through her professional organizing service, and I must say that it was a highly disappointing and concerning encounter. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who may be considering her services. To begin with, Kelley arrived at our home a whole hour late. Throughout the service, Kelley spent an excessive amount of time inside our closet upwards of 5 hours, yet only managed to achieve approximately 25% of the desired outcome. This demonstrated a clear lack of efficiency and effectiveness in her organizing skills, leaving us feeling dissatisfied with the results. What truly alarmed us was the initial discovery of a green linen bag from my closet inside Kelley’s purse. It became apparent that she had taken items from our closet without prior communication or consent. This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the trust and professionalism expected from any service provider. Additionally, later on we were shocked to find three dresses/rompers folded up and completely zipped inside Kelley’s purse. Her initial explanation was that she planned to place them in a separate area of the closet, but later she mentioned taking them to a store to ensure they would fit on hangers. This inconsistent response further eroded our trust in Kelley’s honesty and integrity. Adding to our concerns, Kelley made multiple trips between our house and her car for various reasons, such as making phone calls to her husband to “reschedule an appointment” or restarting and moving her car because there were “engine issues”. This frequent back-and-forth raised doubts about her focus and dedication to completing the task at hand, leaving us questioning her commitment to providing quality service. After we discussed our concerns with Kelley, Kelley agreed to let us check the inside of her car and although we did not find any items, it is difficult to fully assess the situation, given the number of times she came and left the car. After confronting Kelley, we received the linen bag and dresses/rompers back. However, during the service hours she drove to make a quick run to a nearby store to grab clothing hangers, so it is difficult to fully assess what additional items may have been taken and/or dropped off. And after spending hours reviewing my entire closet after the service, several items were notably missing. In conclusion, our experience with Kelley and the professional organizing service was nothing short of a nightmare. The incidents of lateness, incomplete work, potential theft, lack of communication, and inconsistent explanations were all deeply unsettling. We strongly advise others to reconsider engaging her services, as we believe that professionalism, transparency, and respect for clients’ belongings should be the utmost priority for any service provider.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am initially discounting my services to enable me to assist a broad range of customers and let them determine if they feel my work is satisfactory. For most projects, I prefer a flat fee so there are no surprise costs at the end of the day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The most important part is understanding the customer's priorities. If there are 5 things they wish to accomplish, which is the one that will provide the highest impact in the shortest period of time? What is a longer-term goal that we can set milestones for? The second is expectations, what is your expected turnaround time? How do you want work progression documented so you feel comfortable that we're on the same page? The last is cost. I am very mindful of your budget and will work to ensure we can prioritize what you want accomplished within your desired timeframe and budget.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Master's degree in Health Services Administration. In addition to consulting work for Deloitte, I have worked for two major health systems in TX. This has taught me the value of organization, communication and presentation.
