Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get started now before all slots are taken!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Can I come in and meet you? Can we create a mutually reasonable schedule? How long have you been in business?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Will the client commit to the program? Can the client perform the exercises expected by the trainer? Can the client afford personal training?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. 20 years experience. Have access to semi-private studio with showers. Or, train at home, or outside. Individuals or groups. No membership required. Workouts vary to avoid boredom. Sylvester Stallone double with programs that work fast!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people get healthier, emotionally and physically! Teaching people how to have a better lifestyle and keep it for the rest of their life!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do I get rid of flab here? You can not spot reduce. The whole program/lifestyle bares results as a whole.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I had transformed my body to perform in movies, T.V., and personal appearances as a Sylvester Stallone/Rocky/Rambo look-alike, and other people began asking me advise and if I could help them.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I keep an updated nationally recognized personal training certification and other continuing education courses.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The latest exercise trends take us away from just weight machines and utilize body weight exercises with core work and interval training. Group exercise is a way to get trained for less money and stay motivated.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. Can exercise be fun? Why of course! I think the key to sticking with a program is finding some of the activities that you enjoy and insert them in every workout. As a trainer I need to find those for every client. It shouldn't feel like "work" all of the time. That's why I avoid the word "Workout"!
