Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. As a single mom, I know how hard it is to fit "fitness" into your schedule. But in order to stay healthy, both physically and mentally, it is necessary to workout. I can make training as easy as logging on to your computer--with the use of a web-camera, or I can train you in your home. I have trained athletes as well as children and senior citizens.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job because no two days are alike. As a result, research must be done to ensure the safety and success of each client. Personal training is a science, and a good trainer has a background in kineseolgy or anatomy--there is no other way around it.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The number one question that my clients ask me is: when do you find time to workout? I tell them, "I don't find time, I make time!" even if it's working out on the floor in front of a pile of laundry that I need to fold. I'll do push-ups with my daughter on my back or hold her while I do traveling lunges. I will do a three minute ab routine when I wake up in the morning and try to do it again before I go to bed.
