Introduction: CURRENTLY OFFERING VIRTUAL AND OUTDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS ONLY. I am only seeing clients virtually or outdoors right now to prioritize the safety of my clients. This offers a chance at lower training prices as well as more convenience and flexibility for all of our work at home schedules-we can work through Skype, Face Time or Zoom. I have been training for 10 years, I'm NASM certified in multiple practices to be able to help you with strength training, nutrition, and corrective exercise and I practice positive motivation to incorporate simple, small changes for lasting results. Your first session with me is always free so that you can see my style of work and decide if I'm a good fit for what you're looking for. I'm passionate about improving people's long term health and each client's program design incorporates what their personal goals and current fitness levels need at the moment. I like to call my services boutique training because it can be tailored to any specific needs and wants each client has. I've trained a wide range of clients, and have experience working with pre and post-natal clients, wedding prep, and overcoming muscle imbalances.

Jess is amazing! She makes it so much more realistic and easy to follow a program and get results. The ability to have her come to my home takes out any chance for excuses. She is also great at daily and weekly goals and accountability.

I have worked with Jessica on and off for almost a decade. She has trained me thru pregnancies, injury, and illness recovery. She is always accommodating and knowledge! Every workout is personalized and interesting!

I've worked out with Jess about 3 times per week for over 2yrs. She does a really great job of keeping sessions and exercises new and interesting. She also provides lots of positive encouragement and recommendations (even outside of sessions via text messages). I feel stronger than ever before and would not hesitate to recommend Jess to friends and family (in fact, my wife has started training with her, too).
