Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions - if a pet care facility requires an appointment to walk through, then I would suggest you keep looking.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Not all dogs are the same when it comes to grooming. Some don't like getting dried, some their nails filed. Please be understanding if the time it takes maybe longer than you would think.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. May I see your facility?
How long have you been grooming?
What makes you different?
What is included in the price quote?
Do you charge more for additional services?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. That the relationship with your pet care facility is much like that of a child and their teacher. We strive to provide honest and constructive ways to help you and your pets have the best and most loving relationship possible!!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are all about the animals. We never nickel and dime a customer for the items that their pets need. If they need oatmeal shampoo, we don't charge more because of the need. Shampoo, regardless of the type all costs basically the same, so it's unfair to pass an unnecessary charge on to a client.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I have always loved being around animals, and to be able to receive the amount of love from each one I meet is the greatest reward!
