- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on time and number of animals we are caring for. Please visit our website for our detailed pricing menu and outline of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them to complete a new reservation request and to advise of s few time and dates to provide our consultation in home prior to initiating services. Once services are outlined, we process an online service order that gets sent to the client via email and it serves as their double booking confirmation and invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the pet industry for over 16 yrs, I am pet for certified and all of my sitters are bonded and insured, are employed ( not independent contractors) and they go thru a background check.
