Paws SAVED THE DAY when I had to leave out of town unexpectedly. I spoke directly with the owner, April, and she personally booked my dog sitting service for me. Not only did she email me all of the paperwork, including policies and procedures, she made sure to send a copy of everything with the sitter for our "meet and greet". Meeting the sitter before hand to introduce him to my 3 crazy pups made me feel extremely safe to leave them in his care. We went over every detail about their eating habits, walking habits, vet Info...etc. I was also able to pay by credit card which made this even less painful. When I jumped on the plane that next morning I knew the pups were in perfect hands. And to round out my experience with Paws, when I returned home there were 3 happy babies along with a hand written note from the sitter about all the fun they had. Thank you Paws for saving the day!

I used Paws Professional Pet Services to dog sit my miniature dachshund and French Bulldog. It was short notice--not to mention over the New Year Holiday--but Paws was absolutely accommodating. I met with Sean before our trip and he was wonderful! So pleasant and I felt very safe leaving my "kids" in his care. He walked them three times daily and fed them. The best part of the experience, however, were the pictures and text messages Sean sent--he is hilarious and we knew our "kids" were well taken care of. I highly recommend using them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on time and number of animals we are caring for. Please visit our website for our detailed pricing menu and outline of services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them to complete a new reservation request and to advise of s few time and dates to provide our consultation in home prior to initiating services. Once services are outlined, we process an online service order that gets sent to the client via email and it serves as their double booking confirmation and invoice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the pet industry for over 16 yrs, I am pet for certified and all of my sitters are bonded and insured, are employed ( not independent contractors) and they go thru a background check.
